Broncos | Shane Ray to practice Wednesday

Denver Broncos LB Shane Ray (wrist) will join the team for practice Wednesday, Oct. 18, for the first time since suffering a torn ligament in his left wrist on the second day of training camp. Ray is reportedly 234 pounds - eight pounds below his usual playing weight - and is expected to play with a cast over his wrist for the rest of the season.

Titans | Tennessee pleased with Week 6 backfield split

Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Mularkey told reporters he liked the distribution of work in the backfield during the team's Week 6 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Derrick Henry rushed for 131 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries, while Murray gained 40 yards on 12 carries. Mularkey also said Henry is beginning to establish himself as a big key in the fourth quarter of games.

Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott was given his temporary restraining order against the NFL Tuesday, Oct. 17. His pending suspension is now delayed two weeks or until further proceedings. Footballguys View: Fantasy owners can do the dance of joy for a couple of more weeks...then we'll see if Elliott is going to be suspended. It looks like Elliott can play in Week 7 and Week 8, and he's an obvious must start. Those that grabbed Darren McFadden or Alfred Morris off the waiver wire will have to wait.

Free-agent WR River Cracraft (Washington State) was signed by the Denver Broncos Tuesday, Oct. 17. Footballguys View: With Emmanuel Sanders and Isaiah McKenzie both missing Week 7 (at least) with ankle injuries, the Broncos were left thin at the position. Cracraft injured his ACL last year in college, but when healthy he can move the chains. During his college career, Cracraft had 64 percent of his receptions go for a first down. Don't expect him to do much with the Broncos but in the deepest of deep dynasty leagues we're monitoring him.

We like his all-purpose skill set, but Lasco isn't in line to get many touches behind Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara.
